Welcome, thanks for stopping by to see us.

Please be sure to review our polices here and those in the email we send your way regarding your door code, WiFi password, and house rules prior to your arrival.

SELF CHECK-IN  – The Observatory Inn is a self check-in hotel. We do not have a  front desk but you can easily book your stay on this site. You will receive a door code via email to access your room 24 hours before your stay. Be aware that you descend a flight of stairs to reach your room.

MINIMUM STAY - Minimum stays vary based on dates/special holidays. Please see our bookings & availability page for specific info the dates you’re interested in.

CHECK-IN – 4 PM or later. No early check-in without prior arrangement.

CHECK-OUT - 11 AM or earlier. No late check-out without prior arrangement.

CANCELLATIONS  – Your reservation may be 100% refundable when canceled 14 or more days in advance. If you need to cancel your reservation between 7 and 14 days of your planned date of arrival, 50% of our reservation is refundable. Cancellations occurring 7 days or less of your planned date of arrival are non-refundable.

HOUSEKEEPING – We do not provide daily housekeeping at this time.

Linens and towels that are included with your room belong to Observatory Inn and not for off-site use.

PETS WELCOME We welcome your fur babies in rooms 1, 2, 3, and 5. Rooms 4 and 6 are pet free. 

CHILDREN WELCOME We look forward to hosting your family. Please note that we do not provide cribs, roll-away beds, or pack-n-plays. 

NO SMOKING OR VAPING - We thank you for being courteous of staff and other guests by not smoking or vaping on site, inside the rooms nor in shared outdoor spaces.

PARKING – We have a parking lot for guests that is adjacent to the stairs that access all rooms. Trailers welcome with prior approval. Please see your confirmation email for details.
